My background
If you want a personal trainer in London who is professional, who strives for total client satisfaction, and is doggedly focused on results - I'm the trainer for you. I am a former commercial lawyer from a top city firm of solicitors, with a life long interest in exercise and nutrition. I practise everything I preach. For two years before I became a personal trainer myself, I had a personal trainer in North London, which gave me a valuable insight into the client's perspective. I am certified with a Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy from Premier Training and Development, the leading trainer of personal trainers in the UK. You can verify my qualifications with the National Register of Premier Trainers (NRPT). I am also fully insured for Public Liability to £5 million.

My qualifications
My diploma covered the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, the core principles of training for all aspects of fitness, and optimum nutrition. I am qualified to train people of all ages, and all levels of fitness. If you have a medical condition that requires a specific approach, I am qualified to train clients with heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, arthritis, back trouble, pre and post natal, and a host of other conditions. I will work with your doctor, physiotherapist and other specialists to ensure you are trained safely and effectively.

My motivation
There is no greater satisfaction for me than to help a client lose weight, strengthen muscles after an operation, or change eating habits for the better. The benefits of regular exercise and healthy eating are so great, yet too few people in this country enjoy them. What more fulfilling career than to train people to get fit and get more out of life? This is the incentive to me to give my clients the best possible service, a responsibility I take very seriously. Too many people are unhappy with their bodies and feel powerless to make any permanent change. One of the fastest growing conditions in this country is obesity. I love ridding people once and for all of the frustration (and sometimes misery) of being overweight. Your objectives will become my objectives, and you will find I'm doubly as eager as you to achieve your goals. And for those of you who need extra motivation - I will supply it in bucketloads. It's time to hire a professional.
