Everybody is different- different fitness levels, different
strengths and weaknesses, different needs. So everyone's
training programme should be unique. Beware of the 'one
size fits all' approach of some health clubs.
I will design for you a personalised training programme
that matches your objectives, takes into account your
medical history, and includes exercises you enjoy.
On a regular basis I'll monitor your progress and constantly
'fine tune' your programme to ensure you get maximum
results.
Your training session will last one hour, and comprise
- mobilise the joints and warm up (5-10 minutes)
every training session should begin with this, to
prepare the body for a safe workout
- the main session (45 minutes)
this will cover all aspects of total fitness, with
different emphasis from client to client according
to your objectives, and any weaknesses that need attention.
I will supply the motivation- you supply the effort!
- cool down and stretch (5-10 minutes)
every session will end with this, to bring the body
to a safe and relaxed post-exercise state.
