different strengths and weaknesses, different needs. So
everyone's training programme should be unique. Beware
of the 'one size fits all' approach of some personal
trainers in London.
Like any decent London personal trainer, I will design for you a personalised training programme
that matches your objectives, takes into account your
medical history, and includes exercises you enjoy.
Unlike some 'run of the mill' personal trainers in
London, I'll also monitor your progress and constantly
fine-tune your programme to ensure you get maximum
results. This makes all the difference.
Your training session will last one hour, and comprise
- mobilise the joints and warm up (5-10 minutes)
every training session should begin with this, to
prepare your body and mind for a safe workout
- the main session (45 minutes)
this will cover all aspects of total fitness, with
different emphasis from client to client according
to your objectives, and any weaknesses that need
attention. I will supply the expertise and
motivation - you supply the effort.
- cool down and stretch (5-10 minutes)
every session will end with this, to bring the body
to a safe and relaxed post-exercise state.
