hours sleep an night and a few hours of relaxation during
the day is ideal. How many busy Londoners achieve that?
I'll advise you how to sleep more soundly, and build
into your busy schedule some much needed relaxation.
In the long run, plenty of sleep and rest will make
you more productive, less prone to burnout, less vulnerable
to illness, less likely to make errors at work, and
more full of energy to meet any challenge with confidence.

between sessions, but I see this as an integral part of

to get plenty of sleep, eat healthy food, and exercise
between our sessions too.
